The hotel provided a clean room. it comfortably accommodated my family of four! the location proved perfect, right in the heart of the lower city. A short walk led to the funicular for citta alta. the italian breakfast had variety.

i found the check-in time inconvenient since it was only after 15:30 and check-out time was already at 10:00.

the rooms have organized spaces and the double or twin room was very clean. it was also spacious and contained high quality finishes. the decoration added to the atmosphere.

the staff members are helpful and super kind. the receptionist addressed every question. they prepared a breakfast box because of my early departure. i felt welcome and well looked after by the staff.

The location was GREAT. It was close to restaurants and bus stops. Transfer to the airport was easy. Bus line 1 has a stop just minutes away. The room had daily cleaning. Breakfast included MANY delicious options!!!

Check-in was only available after 3:30 PM and check-out was at 10:00 AM. the parking situation was not CLEAR, as I had to park on a nearby street.

The room was modern and updated. I appreciated the Velux windows in the ceiling (they let in so much light!). The walk-in shower in the bathroom was a nice touch.

The breakfast setup felt a little cramped, and hot drinks were served, a bit slow.
